My name is Dhrubojyoti Chatterjee. You may call me Drooby Doo, as my friends and colleagues call me at times. I am from Kolkata,West Bengal, India. and have currently residinng in Mumbai to enhance my career prospect.
Animation is something that I feel in my soul. It is it's artistic side that has been developed into a versatile art form by American, European and Japanese artists over the ages, that gives me immense motivation to share my working hours with it. Art is something that has always accompanied me in my journey as an animator and designer. My background in drawing and as a student of Art History also helps me beyond expectations. I feel that a consciousness about art adds more meaning to the literacy of an educated society.
My experience in animation and comics for more than eight years, as an artist as well as a teacher, has made my mind open to its possibilities and limitations. Here I am to share my experience with the industry and also learn on my journey. I like to play with ideas and software that can get the best out of me.
